A full service architectural firm will provide guidance and assistance in the seven primary categories of architectural service. These categories are planning, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding, construction administration and post-occupancy evaluation. Interior design and landscape design are important subsets of the design development category.

A full service firm will engage all of the necessary engineering services as part of their agreement with the client. The firm will then orchestrate the efforts of all team members in order to create, refine and deliver a set of services unique to the project.

At WTA we consistently offer exemplary service in all (7) categories. Through carefully thought-out interview tools we identify the client’s specific needs and then translate those needs into architectural responses. Before we put pen to paper, or in this day and age a keystroke entry, we assist in creating a viable economic plan that includes anticipated revenue and expenses that the client will realize on the project. When the client and our company are convinced that the project is viable, we will then begin the design process. With our hands-on, guiding force approach we bring an often ignored professional perspective to the planning process.
