Wade C. Taylor, AIA
Managing Principal
Wade still struggles with the idea of informal working attire-that or he actually enjoys the struggle of ironing shirts and putting on a tie in the morning.

He is responsible for the overall vision and cultural strategies for the company. Wade has spent his entire career in healthcare architecture, mastering the manifold economic and design implications associated with the challenging healthcare industry.

Beyond the renderings, Steve leads the architectural team in all aspects of projects. From planning and overall design through the final punch-list, he works to keep projects within budget, on schedule, and provides an overall pleasant and thorough experience for our clients. His educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Architecture with a focus on community based development.

Tim Shouder
Architectural Intern
Tim is the ‘Fun Guy’… or at least he likes to believe he is.

In addition to helping Dawn decide what exciting things the firm can do together, Tim provides support in many different aspects for WTA. This may include drawing production and renderings to project management support and fielding calls from General Contractors and Engineers. Tim currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies and International Economics, but aspires to go back for his Master’s.

Dawn Waite
Office Manager
Understanding the concept of “serving” is the cornerstone of exceptional customer service.

As Office Manager for WTA, Dawn is responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that is calm, cheerful, warm and friendly, both on the phone and in person. In addition, Dawn is in charge of the central hub of our organization, overseeing all aspects of our administrative office programs and operations.
