On this particular project, we were recommended to the Memorial Medical Center (MMC) based on our expertise in the dialysis clinic market, and our long-standing relationship with the largest renal dialysis provider in the U.S. Wisconsin has a handful of general healthcare experienced architecture firms and we were being considered against a premiere, well known local firm. In short, our niche expertise in the renal dialysis market won out.

WTA designed a unique yet familiar building in that it compliments the existing MMC campus buildings with a similar material palette but arranges them in a simple clean-line manner that emphasizes the lines and details of the patient drop-off canopy. Northern natural light permeates the patient treatment area and provides the patient with a pleasant panorama of DNR protected scenery.
